David and his entire staff were fantastic. My mom and dad had brought their car to the Chevrolet dealership in Hollister, for a check engine light. After they inspected it, it woudn't start, and they could not figure it out. My folks had the car towed to Preferred and guess what? They fixed it. We are thrilled beyond measure with the service and professionalism that we received. Thank you.

Nice shop, I have had them do several maintenance item on my cars, they do good work. The repairs were done correctly, The shop is clean and has a nice appearance. Andrew at the front counter is great, he is really helpful and listens. He helps me get the parts or fluids I want installed on my car. I would recommend this shop. AAAAA

my mercedes came in with a rough idle and in need for an AO service. knew what the problem was right away. corrected electrical issue, serviced and aligned vehicle as needed. great job!
