David and his entire staff were fantastic. My mom and dad had brought their car to the Chevrolet dealership in Hollister, for a check engine light. After they inspected it, it woudn't start, and they could not figure it out. My folks had the car towed to Preferred and guess what? They fixed it. Nice shop, I have had them do several maintenance item on my cars, they do good work. The repairs were done correctly, The shop is clean and has a nice appearance. Andrew at the front counter is great, he is really helpful and listens. He helps me get the parts or fluids I want installed on my car. I would recommend this shop. AAAAA
