Vehicle had problems with a number of the warning screens displaying. Preferred Auto was able to identify which modules to replace which corrected the issues. I was kept updated on the issues and what was being done to correct. This is the level of service I have experienced over the past 17 years.
They were great--took the time to understand my concerns and completed the job in a timely fashion, with not hiccups. My truck runs great. I would recommend them to any of my friends. Thank you
