My car had broken down on my way home from work on 101 on a Thursday night. I had it towed to the GMC dealership in Gilroy. The next morning when I called them about why my car was towed to their shop the service advisor informed me that they were booked up with appts and my car won’t be seen until Monday. I immediately called David Rose at Preferred Automotive and he told me to bring it in and they will work on right away. I had my car towed to preferred Automotive. They took care of everything and my car was ready by 4 pm that same day. So happy they Go above and beyond when unexpected things happen. Thank you!!!!!

I reached out to David who has done work for me in the past, and took care of a rear differential for me that most people don’t wanna deal with. He did a great job. And in a very timely fashion. He has a great shop, his staff is very professional and his service is very high and that’s why I will continue to go see Preferred Automotive! Chris

Excellent service Delivered my car on time

Very satisfied with the service I received. I called them in the morning, dropped the car off and received a call from them by mid-day with the diagnosis. I was explained all of my options and the cost for each. The work was completed and I had my car back by the end of the same day.
