Over the years, I always did my own auto repairs. Everything from tune-ups to complete engine rebuilds. As I got older, the do-it-yourself thing became less practical. I'm so happy that I found Preferred Automotive! Each time I bring in a vehicle, they exceed my expectations. Their prices are fair, their quality is stellar, their warranty is the best around, and their staff is funny and friendly. If you need a good repair shop, one you can trust, this is the place.

Last service was not complete. I wanted Brake light diagnosed and dash light problem diagnosed and priced. I felt brushed off. I normally have 3 cars serviced here, I expect better service attention.
