I appreciate the service Preferred Automotive supplies -On my recent visit they reviewed an issue I highlighted as a concern with how smooth my car was when idling. They looked at the car and called me with some options that might improve the feel. We agreed on an approach and then they learned while doing it this did not have any effect on the car. Instead of sticking me with a bill to trouble shoot the car they did not charge me -- This is why they get all my work - I can trust they will do what is right and fair. Good Old Fashioned "Value" -- Not enough places like this in the world today -- Glad I found these guys

Our car had broken down out of town and towed to Preferred Automotive. Excellent diagnosis and service (diagnosis completed the very next day). No surprises and reasonable prices.

I'd bring my car back for sure!The day after they worked on my car, it didn't pass smog, and they were very kind and understanding to explain why it didn't pass and what to do about it (very minor - had to drive car around for a few days to build the computer memory back up).The garage and office is extremely clean and organized - not so usual for an autoshop!Thanks!
