I'm not biased, I just know a good mechanic/auto shop when I experience one! Incredibly knowledgeable and experienced. Willing to provide authentic recommendations. I had a laundry list of minor/major things that required fixing - My BMW was really, really sick. In a few days, all items were addressed and she is back to good health and drives so well now! It's nice to know you can trust your mechanic - Thanks to everyone at PA!

Dave takes very good care of my Saab ... they know me and the vehicle and always take care to balance "what I think I need" and what makes sense for the $$ and age of the car ... Only suggestion to others? When they tell you to get the extended warranty! Listen to them ... lol.

Extremely professional and personal! Unfortunately we had an insurance claim for getting our car fixed and David and his team were incredibly patient and helpful. Dealing with our claim and insurance was a nightmare and I'm just so pleased that working with the shop directly was a breeze. We are so happy with the high level of service that we are taking our other two cars there now to get worked on too! I've experienced many auto shops in my lifetime and PA is one of the best. They explain and answer questions, they are timely and do what they say they are going to do AND they have one of the cleanest shops I have ever walked into! Thank you!

Extremely happy with Dave and his employees service. Our work truck was making a hideous sound and I thought it was the transmission, to my surprise it wasn't and now it shifts smoother and getting better gas mileage? Thank you guys!

I wish I had had more information about why the preventive maintence was a good idea. I am 80 years old, the car is11 and I don't drive much, no long trips. However I feel the car is safe and that gives me peace of mind. I paid in cash but was not given a receipt for the payment. When I went back I was told they don't give receipts, however she did Mark the bill 'paid'. Since I paid in cash this is all the proof I have. Don't think there would ever be a problem as they seem honest. I love the shuttle service and their work seems excellen. I would recommend the shop.
