Had my truck serviced 8/22/14. David told me that I would see a reduction in the cost for the service this time. There computer overcharged me a few dollars on my last service. This is why I always go to Preffered Auto, they are very honest and guarantee there work. He didn't have to tell about the previos overcharge.

Preferred always does a great job on my BMW and Lexus when I bring it in for service. They do quality work at a fair price, and they are honest. What more can you ask for?

The folks at Preferred Automotive are the best!! In May of this year, they took care of a lot of service items on our old Volvo; they keep it running as peppy as a spring chicken. There was also a very tricky problem with our ABS system, which they spent an extra day working on, at no extra charge. We recommend them HIGHLY!! Not only the best in Gilroy, but certainly the best in the South Bay.

They do work and pay attention to the details. Everyone there is very friendly and professional. They explain the work your car needs in great detail and are always conscious of the price they quote to the customer. They always call if anything changes on the written quote.

Sarah is great to work with. She knows you and your car's history. She is able to answer all your questions on the spot. It is as if she was out on the shop working on your car.

Preferred completes repairs in a timely manner, the staff is professional, knowledgeable and the lobby is nice and welcoming. My 2002 auto is needing TLC. Nothing worse than knowing your car might not start, wondering how you are going to get to work if that should happen. I really appreciate the staff, the courtesy shuttle and knowing that at the end of my work day, my car will be ready to go again!
