Gas Cap came apart in my hand. Drove straight to Preferred Automotive, late afternoon. Quick Fix as it turned out, and all was fine. They were on it like, right now. Chose to return next day and was finished within minutes ... replacement, etcetera.

I have always enjoyed bringing my vehicles to Preferred Auto since I was introduced to them through a friend. I have found them to be at tentative and responsive to questions and concerns regarding my vehicles. They say what they mean, and I have never had to take it in on the problem they had fixed.
