Dave and his team are FANTASTIC! They are friendly, honest and know what they are doing! We have been bringing out cars to Preferred for several years! (At the recommendation of friend who also still brings her cars to Preferred). They are the best :)

It is hard to find a competent and reasonable auto repair service for Mercedes cars, particularly in this area. Preferred Automotive knows MBZ and knows how to fix them. They replaced the radiator on our 1990 300E, including hoses and belts, and more recently the transmission modulator valve and CO2 sensor. They do the work promptly and expertly. Plus provide drop off and pick up service to your home.

Hi compliments. I was sent to David Rose' s Preferred Auto by my Brother and also by a good family friend. My '88 Chrysler NewYorker had multiple problems. All were carefully addressed, diagnosed and corrected within a few days. I find this shop to be very professional, knowledgeable, fair and honest in their dealings with customers and dedicated to doing the best they can. All pretty refreshing in the world of auto mechanics.
