I was referred by Bob Deal. My 2000 Honda CRV is getting a little old with 146,000plus miles, had Engine Failure lights on. I was quoted for the diagnosis. Called with the needed repairs and quotes by he Owner a few hours later. Repairs completed on time. Answered all my questions even gave me a drawing about Valves. Dropped me off at home and picked me up to retrieve my vehicle. CRV running great!!

Great service as usual. I was on my way to the shop when my car broke down so I called and Preferred Auto arranged for a local tow truck to come haul me in (the whole last mile I had to go - drat, I was so close). It took a about ten minutes for the tow to arrive rather than the normal hour or more waiting for someone like AAA to show up - that was great! I not only got a running car back but a freshly washed car too boot!
