My husband started using Preferred Automotive, which is why I went there as well. However, I continue to go there because they're professional & honest. I've had a good amount of work done on my Mountaineer and I know when David or Sarah tell me something needs to be done, then it really needs to be done. I've NEVER felt that they're looking to make a $. Everyone that works there is friendly. The office area is clean and I feel comfortable waiting while they do an oil change. The work area is also clean, which makes me feel that the employees care. I completely trust their work and recommend them to everyone.

We had a problem with our car's computer that caused it to fail the smog test. Humphrey correctly diagnosed and fixed the problem; while two other shops had failed to diagnose & fix > We subsequently passed the smog test, and were able to renew the registration on our car! HUGE Thanks to the Preferred Team for keeping our car going!!
