I took my truck in for an alignment and tire rotation and everything went just as expected. I enjoy the family/small business aspect of their environment, friendly, efficient, and funny.

I was impressed by everyone at Preferred Automotive. Nice people, competitive prices, and most importantly no upsell. I especially liked the courtesy check of the vehicle for any other issues. I'll be doing more business with them.
